I just finished putting in a new floor on that side. You can jury rig it any old way pop rivets screws plywood coffee cans. Eventually tho the thing cries out for some bead rolled filler pieces. I didn't have acces to good tools so I welded a piece of angle to the edge of a piece of heavy gauge sheet metal and hammered checked repeated till it fit about right. You can use the typical home garage welder (80 amps) I just spot welded over and over, The fuel lines go right under so either take your time or pull em down while you work. Theres also a little hanger thing for the e_brake cable under the passengers left foot. The rot in my truck was so bad almost the whole floor was gone,I ho pe yours isn't that bad .Good luck with the fix Image

If they are small holes check out POR15s floor and trunk repair kit. I had a few pin holes and a couple dime sized holes in mine and thats what I used then painted it with their paint also.

Im using the same type of kit to fix some super big holes in my 77, it has fred flinstone floors about, mostly rotted on the edges in 4" and six inch sections so it's pretty bad, but the POR15 kit is the bomb. i used to to patch a hole in the floor of my nova (where a shifter once poked through) and have had no problems. Since the cab floor does not see any real stress the POR kit is safe for repairs, fyi

Is POR-15 available locally or do you have to order it from a vendor?
