I am new to this site and have posted this in the classified section also. What I would like to talk about and ask is this: I have a 1980 LUV stepside I am preparing to build from the ground up. As I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, it must have the original smog equipment installed even though I am putting a 1970 small block Chevy in it. I can get around this problem by finding a 1979 or older VIN no. and title. So I ask if anyone might have or know of someone I can purchase this from. This is the ONLY thing stopping me from starting on the truck. If needed, I can send my VIN no. and title to whoever helps me out for salvage purposes or whatever they need.
