 Post subject: urgent help needed!

i did a test to figure out my diff ratio on my 73luv, i jacked one wheel up, turned the tail shaft and counted how many turns it made for the wheel to go arounf twice, i got 5 1/8 turns and have been told my diff id a 5:1.......wat the?
the manual says i should have a 4:56

I don't have any knowledge on how to do the test so I don't know if you did correctly or not.

guys i need your help, i found a diff centre but no1 can supply me with the gasket, can someone in the states buy and ship one for me if i supply the cash?

change of plan, the diff i have lined up may not fit :? how common are 4.1 ratio diffs, and whats the possibility of someone finding out the price on shipping it to oz?
