I haven't been fooling with Luvs for very long but it seems like a huge percentage were yellow including mine. What was your original color?

Some vehicles just look better certain colors. I am not grouping VW bug's (the original One) and Luvs together but they are both this way. Bright red and yellow are great colors for Luvs and bugs. I have been thinking of Yellow for mine,but that is a long way off for me.

Mine came Lime green, there are two more that i see occasionally running about that are the same color. Bryan

Got both of my LUV Mikado's in white...though I like that lime green color like Bryan has.

Wish mine was black or white.

So far it's 5 yellows, 2 black, 2 white and 1 green.... 50% yellow

mine came chevy orange or a reddish color anybody else???

Blue... I repainted it and tried to match the original color the best i could.

I've had 2, both that really light blue color. I really like that color, actually, I think if it was re-painted and taken care of, it would be pretty sweet.

My first one (current) was white, then I got a beater LUV to drive and it was yellow, my brother had a orangeish red one and my dad has a black one!

I have ten, and counting another two my brother had, only two of them were/are yellow. One was a 75 that he sold before I got any of mine. He also had a 73 or 72 that had been that dirty rust orange/red color before being covering in primer.

A quick rundown of the stock colors of the ones I have now:
2 blue w/blue int
3 red w/red int
2 white w/blue int
2 white w/brown int
1 yellow w/brown int

One of the white/brown models now has a lot of other body work on it like doors and bed from some other truck. The donor parts appear to have been yellow. My preference is for white with blue interior or blue on blue. I think the only stock colors not in the 12 we've had are black and green unless I've forgotten one.

Around here it seems I see a lot of blue luvs running around as far as stock paint. There are probably more of them in primer gray than any other color though. (That and rust)

1 with that blue and one with the yellow. i have on;y seen 1 other yellow around my area but 2 blues and 1 white

mines the light blue, and dark primer, and light primer when i get it done (if ever ) i think it will be close to the color in my sig w/ light blue ghost flames
but then, theres a reason it says "dreamin" above the sig

Forgot I also have a blue parts truck, so it looks like the breakdown now is: yellow 25% and tied with blue.

Mine came from the factory white. The bed came off another truck because it was the burnt orange. This was my first attempt at body work, so I decided to repaint it white because it would not show every imperfection I might have missed. Yellow and white are very forgiving colors I have learned.

i've been thinking white for mine.mines black and you see all the flaws
