I just received my 6AL back the from repair department. After a few emails they told me repair cost ranged between 19.00 and 65.00 if the unit was able to be repaired. So I sent it to them with the letter telling them it was out of warrenty and several years old and I would like to get it fixed. And would you believe they fixed it at no charge! :D Not even for the shipping back to me! When a company stands behind their products like this I think it deserves a A+ rating and I will continue to buy their products.

good friggin deal !! I have always said they are a good company! lol I actually have a friend in El Paso Texas that works for them. He is way into drag racing and they give him a good chunk of change for his drag car. I mean why not they are getting their free advertisement and they arent paying him to race. but hell he gets all kinds of freebie shit.

I would like to add that the problem was a rusty connection and I would recommend putting it inside if possible. This one was on a drag car and mounted to where the rain got to it. I am planning on behind the seat.
If mounted under the hood I would bolt it down flat. This one was on its side and I think that might have contributed to the problem.

I have a friend that had his mounted in the engine compartment and he had problems with his. I don't know if it was water related or not.
