hi to all the name is Brian from Coleman Tx (wedge between Abilene and San Aneglo Tx) i had a 81 Pro Street Luv but sold it. but now in 2005 i have built another 1981 Luv Long Bed with a blown 355 ci/TH 350. well to all that is still on here when i was on here i'm alive,well,and still kicking.

Welcome! Looks like we are both in the same boat with 1981 LUV Long beds. :D

yups. my 81 was white at one time as well. its curentlly in the paint shop gettin painted pearl white with Flames. only bad part about these 81's are the rust spots that gets right there in the floor of the bed up in the front

you got any pics of the blown beast. it would be cool to see another 81 with a v8. my friend has an 81 with a 432hp 336.

i think i might have some construction pics of it and some pics of when the engine was dropped in. i can dig around and check. but some new pics are coming as soon as April 6 (next Wednesday). and working on getting and posting some videos of it on here as well. i'm getting it redy for the dyno on the 6th of April but figure this blown 355 might be around 850-900 hp hoping for a good turn out
