 Post subject: double cab

hi guys. i'm new here. i need help with regards to the isuzu kb pk-up i used to drive when i was in high school. this was during the 80's. the truck was similar to a 75 luv but it had a double cab. did chevy manufacture double cabs? i cant seem to find these models on the net. whats the story behind them?

I may have been an asian market only option. I don't think I've ever seen a truck with the "luv" badge come with a stock double cab. So maybe the builder, Isuzu, had it as an option for the kb's... good luck with the search.

Have never seen one, but am planning to build one. If there was one, I would like to see a picture of it. I know of several instances where car companies build something different for different markets.

My wifes uncle has built one out of a i do believe a 76 pretty nice looking truck i likeit alot....been thinking about doing it myself

I haven't seen a double cab. But I have seen a couple crew cabs here in Iraq.

no, you can post pics, but they need a web address. So you can link to them from a image hosting site like imageshack, or from an auction or another site...

Oh yeah it is! I haven't seen it in awhile. didn't recognize it until you said that. Never seen it with a canopy(topper, shell...) on it...

I haven't seen it for a while also. It was in a lowrider club around here. It is this AWFUL pink color.
