Well I have a stock 1980 LUV that I drive daily. As with everything I drive I can not leave it alone. I have been reading some of the threads here on mods I can make. As of right now I have aquired an electric distributor for it. I have not installed it yet, but I have an extra MSD 6A box I am planning on using. I have been trying to hunt for a weber carb, but there are so many types on ebay. Can anyone tell me what kind I need. I also have not been able to find a Offenhauser Intake Manifold for the 1.8L. I looked through the links and could only find one for the 2.3L. Now I drive this truck every day, and I need to keep my gas milage. Will these mods help or hurt me as far as gas milage. Any and all help is appreciated.

weber 32/36, that's what I've got and I think it's about the same if not better on gas. I drive it like an old lady though...

for the offy, keep lookin on ebay...

don't forget that you'll need to re-jet the carb you find unless you're lucky and score one that came off a luv.
