I believe the 4 prong one can be replaced by any standard relay, assuming you figure out the wiring correctly. I picked up some standard Bosch type (describes the plug style) relays for less than a buck each a while back at
http://www.partsexpress.com to use in a security system setup. Two of the wires should go to the relay coil, and the other two should go to the switched connectors.
I'll check the relays I have to see what their duty cycle is. I'm not sure whether that relay runs all the time or not either. If it does, you really should use a relay designed to run 100% of the time.
