let me check my manual tonight when I get home and see if it has what you are looking for. If so, I'll scan it up and e-mail it to ya. My manual will just have an exploded view and part numbers, if that will help.

i looked in my manual and it shows a minimal breakdown of the pump, mostly the fittings and such that are removeable. It does not show the full breakdown. I can still scan and sent it if you guys like. Just let me know...

Good luck on finding a break-down of the Bosch injection pump. This is a unit that has to be sent to a rebuild center to be repaired. I guess they figure it's way too precise for the average Joe to ever think about repairing.

Slick--

There is a soft cover book that has an excellent chapter (21 pages) on the Bosch pump used on the Isuzu C223. It has lots of diagrams and explanations about how it all works. This is a 20 year old book but maybe you can find one. I think there may be others as well but this one is good.

AUTOMOTIVE DIESELS by Edward Ralbovsky

This book has a chapter on injectors as well. Good stuff. Hope you can find one.

Flash! I just did a Google and found that Amazon claims to have the above tiltle at $75. Ouch! But it is worth it if you NEED to know about this stuff. Go for it.

I have an original OEM GM diesel LUV engine manual. I'll look to see if it has a diagram..

Sorry, I don't have a scanner. I had the same problem with my truck and the main fuel line had a slight cut in it. My cab had sagged and rubbed a hole in it.. I just put a rubber line in there and haven't had any problems since..
