So I got some chili simmerin on the stove and I just went to stir it and as I opened the lid I get this wiff that smells like hot sauce. 8O Man my ass is gonna hate me tonight. I grew some peppers in the garden just for this and I think I might have used too many, or just enough  Nothin like a hot bowl of chili to warm ya up. Nobody else in this house likes chili, so when I brew a batch, its all mine. :D

I like it somewhere in the middle. Not runny like soup and not thick like paste. I also like it fairly chunky too. I dont cut the meat or onions very small and I load it with beans and tomatoes. I actualy just started putting peppers in it the last batch and in that one I didnt have enough in and this time I had too much. Oh well, didnt want to taste anything for a couple days anyways.

I kinda like it more to the thicker side than runny its better that way and also a healthy dose of peppers and some other additives....
