this is one of the newer episodes. a 240sx.
they made his car look worse for the show. he signed a contract and can't sell the parts/car. having to pay 400 hundred bucks for rental car insurance.and the thing thats crazy enough that they had the car for a month

Makes me want to get on the show and request one of those cool "blower" hoodscoops off ebay. The tasteless, cheesy crap that rolls out of WCC for that show never ceases to amaze me.

But I guess it's "To each his own."

The show does refer to "Pimp", it isn't called "Make my ride nice and tasteful"
But even at that, some of it is a little outrages.
That guy with the 240sx did say that he wanted his car to look just like the one from the game, and to me, that is pretty much what he got (atleast on the outside). :?

I just got through watching this episode. Makes it kinda weird after reading his post from that forum....

So you are saying you can't "pimp" a ride without cheesy sticker graphics? Or not at least painting the brake calipers so you don't see the rust color peeking through the wheels? right back at you. Besides I didn't say I didn't expect it from the show, I said it never ceases to amaze me.

As far as making the car look like the one on the game they did a pretty good job. The only differences I could clearly see was the orange was a little more subdued in the game and the front end was different. But overall, damn close.[/u]

There was actually more humor intended in that statement than ended up coming out - sorry D.
Nothing actually surprises me too much on that show (except maybe that some of it actually functions 8O ).
I get more humor from the show, than shock any more. :?

Ahhh... I was on the rag last night anyway. No need to apologize to me, I should be apologizing to you... Sorry man!
I know what you mean about humor... I laugh almost every episode.
