this makes it all ok anyway....

the largest body lift i've ever seen is a 4", JC Whitney has them and there cheaper than the 3" that they carry.

I heard that anything over 3'' is typically unstable and throws things waaay off. Anybody know for sure?

I had a 89 Nissan Hardbody 4X4 with a 3" body lift, and was out wheelin' and hit a stump.
The passenger side of the cab slid forward about 1.5", just enough for the front fender to rub on the tire.
It cost me about $900 to fix it. :evil:

I'm not sure I would go body lift any more after that one.
