Does anyone know the part # for them? I cant find the paperwork that came with my headers. It had the part # for replacement gaskets.

Doh! Lemme see if I can find it...

It's the Felpro 1404's or 1405's. I think it's the 05's, they have a 1.550 square port and the 04's are only 1.500 square.

I have been using the Percy's gaskets, they are expensive, but they can be reused indefinetley.
Same with the Felpro oil pan, valve cover, thermostat, nice stuff, no silicone, clean and easy.

YIKES!!! 41.95 a set!! Im sure they're high quality gaskets and all but im just out to get a spare set. I dammaged the passenger side gasket when i had to replace a brand new starter during the initial build. THe motor isn't going to see any head mods for a long time so not having to pull the headers loose on a regular basis doesn't make it worth while. The passenger side gasket is holding up so far but it will eventually leak so now im figuring out what i can get ahead of time.

I used some from Earls... they have a solid aluminum outter piece with replaceable inserts. never had a leak and reused them several times on engine removals. Yes they are espensive but how much is your time worth to keep buying the ones that are cheap and replacing them every couple of months ???

That was my theory on the Percy's gaskets, alum, reusable, no silicone.
