 Post subject: help!!! ASAP

so i need a trany or someone to rebuild for me for reall cheap
so im driving to my girlfriends the other day and when i pull in and go to back into the parking space ive got no reverse so i play with the shifter for a while thinking its between gears and i got nothing so i turned it off and pushed it back into the space i have all forward gears when its running but no neutral or reverse and when its in park it wont rev up its like the thing is in gear with the brake on

I believe Dr. Luv has a stock 2wd 4spd tranny he is tryin to sell. He is in Spokane Washington.

Have no fear, help is here :D ..... did a nationwide search thru the yards, found not one but TWO within your region, cheap too. 8)

that didnt really help cuz its tooo far away but thanks any way and im also looking for a manual trans for a switch over but hey thanks anyway if you find anything in wash please tell me

ok, no prob.....gimme a few, i shall check, manual trans is much easier to find, but do you know that you need a few things to go w that trans as well in order to make the switch :?: :?

no you were right and thanks for the help on trying to sell that lil bugger i will sell you the trany only for 150 kinda firm might go down depending on situation. and the 1.8 is realy nice finly got the timing chain in and makes me want to keep the 4cyl(dad let me drive around in the field) but nope it is sitll for sell 150 for the trans and 200 on the motor so that is 350 for the whole combo... unless the situation

NOT bashing you, just giving you a helpful tip....
Your engine is very reasonably priced, but that is a lil steep on the trans...look at the ones i found in yards in your area(Just trying to help you out) 8)

No offense Lil Blue, but the trans in Wa was $150 and is manual. The 2 in UT are $60 and$50 and both autos. Not exactly in his area, but probably around the same price anyway...

Well, i guess i'll have to see how my next paycheck is. I'm 16, go to school, work part time for minimum wage, and am supporting 2 vehicles at the moment. That would definitely be something i'd do, but i just need to throw some money together and find out how i'd get it here... I'm on the Oregon Coast, so its not too long of a drive, but as you can probably tell, i'm a very busy guy. I'll definitely keep u posted on that one, though!!
