Anybody know where I can get my hands on semi-metallic disc brake pads for a 80 Luv 4X4? Nobody around SE Pennsylvania stocks brakes for a Luv let alone Semi-metallic ones. :?

Not sure if these are what you are looking for:

If not, I can check around town here and see what I can find for you.

Thanks for the help ther Chadd but none of those are semi-metallic. I may have to settle for organic on this one unless anybody else has suggestions. :(

organic = no dust
metallic = lots of brake dust....
I have always liked organic better....
could I ask why metallic? better for submerging under water?

* Means item unavailable. :( The reason I want metallic is less fade and longer wear. My rotors are rust pitted from sitting and it just eats up the organic pads. I could change the rotors, but I don't drive the truck on a regular basis and the rotors rust so easy when it sits outside. Maybe if I get rid of my old mans Corvair collection I'll have room for the Luv.

luv4me,
I have a 92 b4c Camaro for sale. I am the original owner. It has 9,000 miles.

Just thought you may know someone who may be interested?

Thanks,

Ike

Thanks Noyz. My truck is a 1980 4x4. I'll stop by and pick them up next time I visit my sister in NZ. :lol: :lol: Of course you better keep in mind that I have yet to take the 18 hour flight over there from the US. If you find semi-metallic ones let me know because it may still be worth shipping. 8)
