I want to keep the stock 14" rims on my 81 4x4 but I would like some nice tall agressive tires for her .

there has got to be something bigger than 205 70 14 and none of the online
books or local stores have data on LUV's

i have 28x8.50R14 Super Swampers. They rock in the dirt, but suck on the road.

When I sold my last 79 it had a 215/85R14 under it as a spare. That came out to be just shy of being as tall as the 235/75R15s the truck was rolling on.

Best bet is to go into some local shops and see what they have. A lot of places carry a 27-28 inch size tire for 14 inch rims.
