Don't repair it. Replace it. For your own safety. Would you trust a repaired one in a collision?

I replaced my shoulder seat belts with lap belts when I put the bucket seats in. Is it legal? I have no idea, cops haven't said anything to me. But I hate wearing seatbelts, especially ones that go over your shoulder, so this was a good option. Plus my seat belt retractors never worked right, you could pull and yank and twist and turn, and they would still end up getting stuck in the door :evil:

But I fixed that..
