The wheels look like they may be nice too, but I think if I was wanting to buy it I'd request more/better pics or try to go see it...

I want whatever lift that thing has on the front of it, looks to be in pretty good shape for body panels and such, too bad I can't have it

It looks like it has 3 inch of body lift plus whatever could be gotten out of the suspension in the front. The back end actually looks too low, like it sits high in the front. Maybe they didn't get to that yet, or thought 3 inch shackles meant more than 1.5 inch lift.

I've pulled better looking trucks than that outta the weeds for $50.00 and made trailers out of them

But, i guess it would be okay for a "starter truck" 8)

i'd snatch that up in a heartbeat...but it's all the way in california :(

it'd be a perfect project...231 buick V6 backed by a granny low 4 speed and a dana 300 transfer case(or toy 5 speed and double cases), toyota axles and link suspension...*drool*

When you don't have titles and you have as many trucks as I do, and then you never get a call for a bed in your life-time....it IS right. It's way better than crushing them :D

i have thought about making my 78 long bed into a trailer. But it was rolled over, has no title and i sold the tranny to another member. So i figure i could let that one go...

i think its just sitting on even on the ground, and maybe that and the combination of the sagging springs made it look like that.

The tires/wheels look to be the same front and back, yet the front has about 5-6 inches between the top of the tire and the fender lip. The rear looks more like 2 inches. The spacing between the body and the tire in the rear just looks like its a long ways off to me. To get the kind of difference on my truck you'd have to jack the frame up until the tires were almost off the ground.

On thing I didn't consider though is that it has no motor under the hood. That would raise the front up a fair bit. Now if you take that motor and toss it in the back (not sure there, they don't say where its sitting) that might account for the stance.

Yes, I can, that is why a straight one is so hard to find!! This is what happened to mine at less than a mile per hour rolling into a car in front of me. I had the brake pressed but not enough to keep me stopped. 8O

Luckily that was back in the day when you could still get repros!!! 8)
