hey my boyfriend and I are thinking of getting alarms for our trucks, and power door locks. Power windows will come later.

does anyone suggest any brands? We've been looking at http://www.autoloc.com

this is exactly it: http://www.autoloc.com/detail.lasso?itemid=ca2000

any thoughts, opinions, comments?

thanks

I know nothing of the company, but it looks pretty cool. Good luck!

Auto loc is good stuff. When I do my windows that's what I plan to get.
My power locks are from Alpine and are actually tied into the security system. 8)

That looks like some good stuff. I'd be interested to hear how the install goes and how it works when anyone gets it done.

Thanks for the info Jess.

well I bought my boyfriend the autoloc last night on ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7924365491

I'll let you know how the installation goes in his truck (71 chevy c-10)

I don't know when I'll get my autoloc, I don't really drive it anywhere it would get stolen. I bought his right away 'cause he parks it in Seattle a lot

good news about my luv, though, my boyfriend has a friend who works at a shop, and he said we could bring my luv in on Sunday and he's use all their equipment to find out where the problem is with the charging.
