Does anyone have apic of where there diff mounts to the tailshaft. I have a diff a tail shaft and a box of assorted bolts.

I seem to remember there was aclip of some sort too.

The driveshaft has a u-joint that a flange attaches to. The flange bolts to the differential with 4 bolts. I think the clips that you're thinking about hold the u-joint in place to the driveshaft/flange.

Cheers Blue but what is a U flange.
I am not very educated in the ways of car rebuilding.
Im learning as I go along.

I spose you dont have a pic of your original diff setup.
