you can see in one of the pics the name LINE-A-BED.
I did a search on line and found this company

Hey people, I just bought a 79 Luv yesterday with only 70,000 miles. Its a flatbed 4x4 with a little rust so ill be asking a few questions soon related to lifting and engine swapout. :D
