I think , and I'm not sure though.If you adjust your torshion bars it will center the shifter, and your problem will be gone. I lifted my 80 luv, so I had no alternative but to cut, cut , cut!!!
Hey John, what did you pay for the boot with metal braket? I'd like to put some on my Luv's shifters. I had to cut holes after I put the lift on my Luv
and anotehr one when I put the trooper tranny in.
