LOL I am gonna post some pics of mine... the guy I got my truck from works at a place called Wonderlodge... he took the dash out and recovered it ... I think it looks ok .. I redid the guage cluster...only need a tach, temp,oil press. thats all I got ...

i love the dash....i'm not a southerner but i appreciate anybody's creative instincts (espcecialy in a cookie cutter world) you should teach creative upoulstry.
did you strip out the old dash?

Now.to take credit where its due since someone here accuses me of bashing ppl......I didnt get this truck because the more I talked to him the more it sounded like a hunk of SHIT to me. he admitted it wouldnt be trustworthy enough to make it out here

Say what you like about other people's trucks.

But don't say dunkey about my truck.

Almost sounds like the John Kerry Campaign.

But the truck looks good. I do believe that you should think about what you are putting on there versus what you plan on doing for repair costs, etc.

There are people who won't agree with your point of view, and that is fine. But when they start taking action because of some misguided idea of where their rights are and where yours are, that is when you fire both barrels into the crowd.

Now, what bothers me is the lil pieces o chicken crap that start calling me names on here when i had not gone off on him in anyway. I just stated my opinion (which Im entitled to) and then Wham!! he comes back like some bad-ass.
I am going to great extremes here w the parts and i provide dam good parts and speedy service, and Im out here investing everyday and am WILLING to sell, not to be mis-read for I MUST sell, and it just upsets me when someone on here starts in calling me names over something as silly as this thing here.
But thats just one less i have to deal with and he made that choice not me....98% on here are dam good people and it is a pleasure to be able to help them out in any way i can. The other 2%, well theyd bitch if you hung them w a brand new rope!
I am learning who and who not to deal with, more each day.

i still don't think this is the place to discuss this..........this poor guy's thread (not the first)has turned into a bickering arena........

The thread crapping rule was primarily intended for the Classified section. The title of this thread in particular "look at this and tell me what you think" invites opinion, which means good and bad opinion. Perhaps if the title was "post if you like my idea" things would be different.

Having said that, I've always been against name calling of any kind. It seems to escalate the argument quickly and soon everyone involved is simply trying to out-disrespect eachother and has lost sight of the original discussion.

.....and besides the guy that started this post has sold his truck and will probably never be back to this site as most that sell out do lol

OK SO I NAMED THE TOPIC THE WRONG THING SO SORRY FOR THE ARGUEMENT BEN I DIDN'T GET THE CAR I WAS GONNA GET FOR IT BECAUSE IT WAS WRECKED ON THE ROUTE TO BE DELIVERED SO I STILL HAVE MY LUV AND CURRENTLY AM TRYING TO TRADE IT BECAUSE LIKE I SAID I'M NOT A TRUCK GUY I'D WRATHER HAVE A CAR WHICH I MAY BE GETTING BUT STILL YET I'M NOT A SELL OUT I JUST KNOW WHAT I WANT AND DO MY BEST TO GET IT
