1. hear it's a pretty involving swap, but there's plenty of literature about it here on this site so you should have all the info you need.
2. The stock t-case is mated to the stock tranny which isn't gonna bolt up to anything bigger than a 2.3 liter isuzu engine, so new tranny and t-case are needed. As well as drivelines.
3. Got no pics, since my truck has the original drivetrain. All I just said I picked up from browsing the forums the last couple months. But I'm sure if you check out the photo galleries you can find some pictures of 4X4 swaps.
Also, if you want to raise it, your options are about 2 of suspension lift with a rear shackle kit and adjusting your torsion bars. 2-3 inches from a body lift kit readily available at
http://www.JCWhitney.com. Anything more and you're gonna have to do a solid axle swap from, I hear the easiest is an early 80's solid axle toyota pickup.
