i have a 1980 chevy luv 4x4 and mine only had two the wiring diagram for mine (series 10) in the book only shows 2
the part was cheap (after spending $$ daily on my P.O.S. 9.99 started to look cheap) so we bought a new relay and gold disconnects. if you go to category- stock trucks and at use the keyword vacuum switching relay you will probably come up with more info that i can give you. if it is bad or you want to change it out and never guess if thats why about it again there could be info on this site what wire is what and where it goes. (like i found on this thread. relating to fuel relays.)
theres also you tube videos. we googled it for fuel pump relays and got this
