For about two weeks any way. I'm taking the peterbilt to Wi.
So I'll be off line (not out of line) untill I'm back.
I was told I'm hauling a big crate, It's a legal load not oversized, so it should be easy. Plus 5 of us, in seperate trucks, are all going together.

This is a great site and a bunch of great people with lots of help. I'll be needing alot more for my luv later.

Anywho... untill I get back.. See Ya!!!

Im outta here too, headed off to alabama tomm night and have parts to deliver along my way and BTW.....id like to thank all my customers who are waiting on me to arrive w thier parts for thier patience and understanding. I will be there shortly

It's good to be home.
Turns out it was a permit load, 9'10" wide, no big deal. Delivered near Green Bay Wi to a new power plant, parts to a turbine generator.
Then went to Aurora (near Chigago) and picked up a front axle for a Caterpillar 994 wheeled loader. Its almost the big of the big. This axle (diff. gears hubs and all) weighed 47000 pounds. . Delivered that to green valley (s. of Tucson )Az. to the Cat proving grounds. What a neat place!
There was two 797 dump trucks parked there that when I stood next to the wheel / tire I was as tall as the center of the wheel. So that would make the whole thing about 12 feet tall. Put thoose on the luv
I told someone there that must be more like driving a building than a dump truck and he said yea thats about right. It has two v12 engines mounted in line as to make it a v24!!
