Then i have a green 80 4x4 here that has only 63,290 actual miles. Just sold it...I think. 8)

I can't even begin to imagine what the actual mileage on my 77 is. The chassis sat motorless for probably 8 or 9 years before I put a motor and trans with over 100K into it back in about 1990. Since then I've put somewhere around 160K on it and I'm about to see all zeros for the second time on the odometer since I've owned it.

I tried to buy a 79 truck that had been in a storage unit since 1980 several years back. It had 1500 miles on it, not a single scratch in the paint, perfect dash, and probably still had oil originally poured in Japan sitting in the motor. I didn't end up with it, but it was a pretty sight to see. I doubt I have one truck with under 100K, but with a 99999 mile odometer it is always hard to tell for sure.

My speedometer hasn't been hooked up since the stock motor. Im not even going to try and guess how many miles i've got on the truck.

179,800 on my 84 pup......hey it counts doesn't it? cept it still has the original air cleaner element still in it.....:D

it was a tow behind on an RV so the engine probably isn't broken in yet as the air cleaner still looks pretty good.
