Welcome to the site.

The inner can be removed with some TLC. I took mine off the other day with a minimal amount of strong arming it.

Block hugger (1 5/8") headers work real well, fit good and good access to everything,
also Hooker makes a set of 1 3/4" long tubes.
Radiator sizes are around 22"x19", I have a Griffin, but try the Summit brand, good quality.
Lokar makes a flexable dipstick for the trans, gotta have that with a V8 Luv.
I have a set of 15"x10"s in the back with M/T 26"x10.5", they rub the inside of the bed on
tight turns. I measured the rear fender space - its 12", so an 11" tire will fit.
