We anticipate the price to be around $390 plus UPS delivery from WA. This is a price for LUVTruck members exclusively as the retail will be higher.

Once Ben signs off on the test-fit we will be stocking standard black units in WA in approx 45 days. Colored units will be available at no extra charge, but delivery will be slightly longer for these.

What are the Dashes made out of? Also I think it be cool to have a replacement panel where the guages go, but have it solid so you could cut out differnt holes for newer guagues.

 That's no problem but would be a special order - we could simply leave the panel solid as we actually cut-out that section prior to final covering - you can make your own guage holes.
Units are fibre-glass, high density closed-cell foam and UV protected final cover in OEM vinyl. Jim

 They are a real snug fit and will be held in place by the instruments - there is no reason why they can't be glued as well but it really ain't necessary.

:D We have recieved the adjusted frames back from our fibreglass engineers and hope to finalise during next week and enter production the week following.

We actually cut out the cockpit of a Luv for a test jig in our factory - the dash is identical (in reverse) lhd/rhd and our frame designed so we can produce either.

Our plan is to ship bulk quantities to our Brush Prairie WA shop who will forward them to our North American clients on our behalf. In other words you order direct to us and we will arrange delivery to your door.

Price for Luv Club members is $399 ex shop WA.

UPS from WA to your home town will be on a "Collect" basis.

General retail to others will be a minimum $485 plus UPS.

You can order now and we will forward in order of priority, however, the first units will probably not hit the US for about 5 weeks. We hope to have good everyday stock quantities in WA in around 60-90 days.

Contact for orders luvcluborder@dashrestorations.com

We accept payment by credit card - All units are supplied black however, color of your choice can be provided for an extra $40 per unit.

PostPosted: Tue Jul 13, 2004 11:28 pm
We are now accepting orders for LUV Reproduction Dashboards - Intitial deliveries will be around two-three weeks ex factory until we build our stock.

We have decided to dispatch them direct from Australia as delivery time is shorter and all-up cost about the same.

Our first Australian sale is due for fitting in couple days and we will have the customer post a report for everyone to read - he is also happy for folk to contact him by email, which he will provide, once he has the unit fitted.

Dash Cost, plus export packing and door-door delivery via US Postal Service US$457 each - Transit time about 6-7 working days.

Insurance Option US$25.00

Colour other than black US$24.00

Payment by Credit Card

Enquiries to LUVORDERS@dashrestorations.com - We will forward all details, and options available, by return.

Deliveries will be able to be tracked via the internet.

What does the top of it look like? Does it have all of the factory holes on the drivers side?
