I found a 72' luv with 40232 original miles on, stick shift knob not worn nor is the brake pedal in all great shape including front bumper, valance has small dent. I’m trying to find out if he will sell the hole truck? My question is he will sell me the ignition and the panel it comes in with the wiper motor, the other panel with choke and lights, door locks, gas cap that locks and best of all it has 3 keys 2brand new and one with the black ring along with the gas key and this is a parts yard. Price is $30 for all. Good deal or not?

I think thats a pretty decent deal. LUV parts in general are hard to come across so I don't think thats too much to ask.

If it is in such great shape, why is he parting it out??? Get the whole truck!!!

I’m going to ask tomorrow if he will sell the whole thing. The truck is like someone drove it in and left it with keys and all. It still has the manuals in it, the only thing I saw that was wrong is that the dome light is off but still in the truck, one tab broke. Would anyone be interested in it if he sell the hole thing and I cant afford it, small budget right now.

diesel_fireman , if i don't or can't get it and he is willing to sell ill let you know. what would be a fare price if he sells it ,or what would you like to offer if he asks.

is it a 2wd.......( I only want a 2wd ). I would see what he is willing to sell it for, and if it is as nice as you described, I would offer like $1,200

2wd , in great shape a litle rust on the hood all in all great to fix up or see if it starts and just drive it
