IT seems like my manual transmission is slipping what should I do. Also it seems like for my truck to get any power I have to put the pedal all the way to the floor is this right.

a manual trans. won't slip like an auto. will. however, your clutch will. Try adjusting the clucth freeplay to 1 inch at the top and see how it does. If it still slips, it's new clutch time buddy.

I forgot.I would think your power problem is the clutch, its hard to tell without looking at or hearing it but iI drove a Camero V6 with a plugged up cat that had no power . It would barely go down the street with the pedal on the floor. It wasn't reving high . It was more like the throttle was not hooked up to the carb. I imagine yours is reving like crazy but not moving very fast or not at all. That would be the clutch. Goog luck. Ron
