jw racing out of atlanta did the cage work.......full cage.......steve schmidt racing the motor out of indiana...............had 383 stroker with 500hp fogger system went 5 15 s and 5 0 6 one cool evening a few years ago.....truck getting painted.15 years of knuckle beatings=hard work..thanx for the comments.will post new paint pix......its nice to have a fast truck but honestly bros its barely streetable at best 6 dollars a gallon fuel and 2 miles a gallon best is a killer....but to run 5 74 /122 mph and looking at 5 30s with juice we installed....well its sorta worth it...will pull wheels to back tail gate.straight up in air.....had wheelie bars....took em off too much cop harassment......have hoosier dot quik times...get pulled over =a lot =they hate those tires but they ARE street legal and truck legal.truck set up unreal.......getting new carpet and rewiring whole truck when get back.....truck has 434/732 horsepower and now duel cheater system with 500 hp 732 plus 500= you do the math.....set up with nitrous retard system and dec delay box....to go 75 shot at line 175 after 60 ft ft.....150 at mid track and 100 at 3/4 track...yes 4 times count em .truck might get real low 5 s and if all goes well 4 90s which then after sh#$TING MY FIRE SUIT .I WOULD PASS OUT .LUVS RULE.....super nice trucks you can do about anything with...thanks guys and best of luck with your trucks

Sounds cool, but you actually drive it on the street? Bet the cops are getting to know you quite well,LOL! I have a buddy with a 5 sec. Nova and he putts it around town once in a while and he's been lucky so far. I just wouldn't have the balls. Anyway, nice truck-maybe mine will done someday.

yea i drive it almost every day......my gf drives it to work.1/4 mile away....yes cops can be a problem .....they let the crotch rockets do 95 in 35s and hondas.mits,toys,etc race and raise hell i drive to get a ice cream and they all over my ass like a cheap suit,its pathetic....i have a 5 gallon fuel cell=30 dollars to fill it up......getting 1 to 2 miles a gallon where in the hell am i gonna go.....nowhere.im telling you guys who try to sell legit pro street vehicles never tell you about the fuel,cops,insurance etc.its just hush hush.......most are not driveable thats why you see people buy em and then a few months later trying to sell em,they are not practical....just basically race cars,in a way!and the ones that started out as a cage and fiberglass body are race cars.......simple fact...years of work to this truck started with 4 cyl with ac.....then 350 with 9 inch.....then semi tubbed..400/350/383 and now 434 with 12 bolt.....made a mistake there.but thats ok....lexan windows are next.might take motor out this fall change everything..gears trans etc......don't know yet...sometimes it gets down right depressing with the law......but you can't beat em......i pay taxes support law enforcement events,donate etc ,don't speed,break law in any way but they hate a drag car=like mine on the street.........you are labeled..its pretty shitty,i just deal with it.....simple answer

ok..got truck back from paint booth ..went with a trick dupont fade from medium to wet medium pink trick paint job..looks unreal in person!getting ready for the nitrous 500 hp shot to add notice plumbing already.there....putting my electronics back in truck and interior going to ALL BLACK.got bumper from super cool dude in oregon.....have another hood with cowl scoop......will post pics off it after we add nitrous and wilson plate........makes about 17,000 in motor not counting labor..nitrous or 6300 in heads =flow monsters lol...this IS not a show truck or trailor queen...this 434 shucks sportman and some pro stocks blower motors like nothing..built to go stright and fast...you don't need a big block /blower motor etc to launch..unless alky/fc/dragters etc....full bodied tuck weighing 2398= lots of weight free secrets. as it sits...not a full cage with fiberglass body built around it..this truck does not look like those show prostreet vehicles but it has its place among them cuz they know...if you skeered say you skeered and at the shows ,trust me they skeered.....take care dudes..and have a great weekend......this truck has been my life for a while now......well all my free time.....a guy offered me 18,500 and a harley for it just today.it aint for sale for any price....its dedicated to my mother who passed away 2 years ago...and all the bros who wrestle the wrenches on their luvs all the time..

yea it took me like forever to find that bumper......i must have searched every junk yard /after market dealer in the united states,i had several say they had them but after rechecking/they did'nt.this guy was gonna actually scrap it...can u believe that?i had purchsed some other parts off him and my gf calle dhim and asked him if he had a bumper,he said /yes one from a 78..he sent me a pic i said i ll take it.charged me 15 bucks,but shipping was well over 100,i gave him xtra..when i got it,i ab shit it was not perfect but damn close,so u never know.thanx for the compliment,good luck with your luv....
