Webers for LUVs come in two basic models
32/36 DGV - the basic as they call it "replacement" carb
38 DGES - the high performance model for use with bigger cams, bored over motors, etc, get only if you know you need it to support other mods
The 32/36 is also sometimes called a Holley 5200. The letters after can be a little different and denote the choke type. DGV is manual choke, DGEV is electric choke, and I believe DGAV is a water choke.
The real key is that you need an adapter plate to bolt to the LUV intake, as the bolt pattern on the bottom of the Weber carb is not the same. The kit made for LUVs comes with that adapter plate. If the one you are looking at doesn't have the adapter, then you'll need one before it will fit.
http://www.carbs.net has them. The kits also usually come with a few bits for hooking up the throttle cable but you could make that work with a couple of scraps and a hacksaw if need be.
