I just decided to pull out my carpet kit and rip off my shell today, the carpet was all moldy and I got some plywood from work to make a bed cover.
But anyways, in the bed tucked under the right side just behind the cab is a little metal box. What's in it and why? Thanx

It's a tank for venting the fuel system. For emissions reasons, raw fuel vapor needs to be dealt with too and the tank is part of that system.

Where are you here in texas, i am in amarillo. i tried to check out yer site on truck but only one of yer pics would open up completely. but from what i can see youve done a good on it so far
