Hey guys, figured I'd post a pic of my Studebaker project. Why a pic of a Stude on a LUV site? Look real close at the chassis & you'll see!

For those of you that are curious, its a '77 LUV shortbed chassis that was stretched 10" to match the Studes original wheel base. The cab is just mocked up right now, but next on the agenda is fabbing the cab mounts for it. I'll actually be working off of the original front LUV cab mounts, as they are in the same general area. The stock rear will be tossed in favor of a Ford 8" out of a '66 Mustang, & the front 6 lug pattern will be changed to a 5 lug via a set of adapters.

yup LUV frames are vary hefty as im shure you have gathered from some of the horror stories posted here 8O :lol:
