Well tonight is my last night at work, then I am off for 9 days to try and get my luv {the gray one} started on the swap. Finally :!: The motor is in the shop getting bored out, should be done some time Wed. afternoon. Rebuild kit is here, and looks like I have just about all the tools I will need to get things going. Man friends are great!!! Looks like sbc400, t-350, and the ford rear. DIARMADHIM has hooked me up with a Edelbrock performer, a Holley, Distributor, and a few other things. Don't know what his ass is gonna charge me yet though! lol So anyway I will take pics along the way, and I am sure I will have questions for you guys too, so be prepared.{ that kinda sounds like a certain young lady with a new truck} Don't it Jess.

A sbc 400, t-350, Ford rear... Something about that setup seems very familiar... I just cant put my finger on it. I cant help but think that it's gonna be sweet to drive.

I tried to tell him it wouldn't fit in his luv, but probably would drop right into mine. :D

Oh well, guess I'll have to drag the welder to his place today.
He didn't get the block back until yesterday, but we dropped it in and gonna get the mounts welded in today.

well its my first night back at work after my vacation, and I got alot done. Well I should say WE got alot done. 4 bangers out! V8 motor mounts are in! I have got the motor 3/4 done and was able to use it to help position where to put the motor mounts. I am so stoked. I am hoping to get it gone by the end of this month. Diarmadhim is gonna download some pics for me, so as soon as he does I will post them. By the by, if anybody is interested in the 4 banger, and tranny let me know. If not its going to the scrap yard.
