Had a company call and want me back a few months ago and I passed. They called me again two weeks ago and offered more. Now I got a dollar raise and am staying with the company I work for now. Didnt realy want to leave anyways. It just didnt feel right. You all ever get that feeling when you know it just wasnt meant to be?

What I will never understand is, when you work hard and are a good employee for a company, why dont they work hard at keeping you. Then when you quit, they try to get you to come back.

I guess I never will understand.

Just think about it for a second. They have all the money. And theres a reason they have it. They dont spend it.
