buy a torsion bar front suspension kit from Jason at Suicide Doors - http://www.suicidedoors.com/products/torsionbrackets.htm
the LCA is pretty small on these trucks so you'll need to stick with a smaller diameter bag in the front, if you use a firestone 255 or equilivent you'll be better off. Jasons kits are universal so you'll have to do quite a bit of cutting and welding to make this work. First thing to go on the front suspension is obviously the torsion bars and you'll also be cutting the stock shock tower most of the way out. Be aware that the upper part of the shock tower is also the mounting point for the upper control arm, you'll be gussetting this area up so it'll remain strong. The gussets come in Jasons kit but you'll have to cut them to fit.

thats the quick and dirty on the front...

the rear seems to be quite a bit easler (at least for me so far) but I'm not quite done yet so I'm sure I'll run into problems somewhere...LOL

but you have a bunch of options on how you want to setup the rear, you can 2 link it, 4 link it, lever 4 link, canti-lever 4 link, reverse 2 link, reverse 4 link, bag on top of axle, bag behind axle, air over leaf (I dont recomend this last one)....etc...etc... best thing to do is read and study the pics in Mini Truckin to see which sounds like it would fit your budget and application.
I would reccomend a 4 link, triangulated...with that you could run the bags behind the axle, in front of the axle or on top of the axle.....be aware that mounting firestone bags on top of an axle will result in a very harsh ride. if you want to run an over the axle setup you'll want a bag that is designed for that type of application (I wanna say that airlift has some bags for this config)

aside from the front kit and the 4 link, you'll need 8 air valves if you want to do FBSS or 4 if you just want to FB and pancake setup. you'll need a compressor - electric or engine driven, notch kit, your airbags, a switch box, pressure switch, some guages or gauge, fittings - lots of fittings and some dot air line in whatever size you want.
good luck, hope this helps a bit...

i got my 79 luv to tuck a 16x8 in the front with a standard offset. all i did was heat the fender and pull on it.(with gloves!!!!) and im werknin on my own system...if you wanna keep it simple and nota lot of welding you can run air cylinders (not air shocks!!) in the front you'll need a 4"x4" or 4"x6" depending on how much you wanna lift the front and how low you wanna go if your going to lay frame i would sugest a 4x6 so you can get some groung clearence to get over those big a$$ speed bumps!.. and put in a 5"-8" notch in the back(rear of the truck) take out all of the sping packs but the main leaf put a 3"-4" drop block and a pinion shim with a pair of 3"x4" cylinders. for a better ride put in acumulators(im not using these) (recemended for front and back setups only.) this is the system im using if you do it right you will also be able to do 3-wheel motion(if you have fbss)
