I recently regained ownership of a luv I owned 9 years ago. It had headers on it when I bought it and sold it. The friend I sold it to took it to auto shop to fix the tranny and had to remove the headers. Came in the next day and someone had stole them. Along with the nice holley alum. valve covers and carb. Anyway this happened years ago and would like to put headers back on it but I don't know which ones will work. I bought this thing in like 1992 from an old man that did the swap and he said they came in a kit with motor and tranny mounts. The motormounts look like a hinge style and will only work on a 75 and older truck. I noticed the frame mounts on a 76 where different. What headers do you guys run?

From what I remember, mine stayed between the frame rails. Hey Tilted, that looks just like my alt. bracket. I checked out his website, but found nothing on the luv. Do you have any more pics? How long ago did you buy this kit? Is it still available I wonder?
