hey guys i just bought an 80 luv 2wd and in lookin to do a v 8 conversion but in just wanting to know that the total amount of money it takes to get it drivin and maybe the occasional race thanx a bunch

If you do 90% of it yourself and get all your conversion stuff from a junkyard, without spending on extras i.e. chrome, aluminum, machine work I'd guess close to $500.
