i fixed it. i fixed it. i dont suck (much)n e more!!!! i fixed the carb problem. after three rebuilds and many hours of pouring through the manual and posting many threads on the subject, i figured out my problem. one thing that was wrong was the primary air bleed tube had some trash in the orifaces. cleaned em real good and reinstalled. then i couldnt find the little plastic ball for the accelerator pump discharge assembly. i didnt put it back in last time  so i made another trip to the parts house and got another rebulid kit (number 4) and got the check ball and new spring. installed and reassembled carb. runs like a champ! :D still have minor problems with choke, (the little clock spring on the throttle position cam has done gone and lost its springyness. guess its just a wire now and not a spring  ) well i can fix that easily enough. just thought i would tell everyone that casper (my little truck is white and you can barely hear it run) has gone from pile to mild (its definately not wild :D ) later all and thank you all for the help with my problems. couldnt have done it without your help. LONG LIVE LUVTRUCK.COM!!!!!!!!!!!! :drinking: :multi:

Thank you. I have done hours, days, months of research on the luv engine, and components. Most are relatively easy to accomplish but a few are pretty out there. (An electric choke with a bi-metalic strip that opens and closes with throttle position to create a negative pressure inside the venturi to facilitate ease of drivability under normal and abnormal road and weather conditions. WHAT?!?!?!?!) Anyway, thanks again for the help and i hope i can help someone in the future as everbody has helped me. btw, when can i be a guru like larp? he is the man
