ok im a lowrider guy and i wondering what it would take to body drop my 77' luv 2-3 inches after that i plan to bag it...any info on body dropping or bagging a luv would be helpful...

Hit the Autoparts place and see what kind of bags they can get you so you can see what you can do first before ripping out stuff. They might even make custom made bags for the luv with instructions, so hit them first.
