Has anyone found a suitable replacements for the dust boots on the torsion bars?

I as well didn't know they had boots. Can you take a pic and post it, be interesting to see.

It could be something that was put on them to keep the mud out of them. I have had to dig mud out of them to adjust them,

Yes, my manual shows the early years had a small boot over the end of the bar. the last 4 years I think, 80-82, didn't have anything.

Is there some kind if bushing that is in that bracket that the torsion bar goes through?

my 75 has those boots also, they actually seal well, my bars where dirty and rusty, under the boot they still had the OEM black paint on them, bars came right out.
