Just to be clear, by "stabilizer bar" do you mean the anti-sway bar (which Isuzu calls a stabilizer bar)? Or do you mean the strut rod that goes at an angle between the frame and the LCA on each side? The sway bar end links can be replaced with a universal kit from Energy Suspension, Autozone generally has a selection, just get a kit the same length as stock, or get one a bit longer, cut the spacer tube to the correct length, use new bolts if the supplied ones can't be cut to fit. If you mean the strut rod then you aren't asking for the right part by requesting a stabilizer bar bushing.
