Lots, and it depends on the year, and even the specific 'package' sometimes. Some of the differences can add up to an unexpected surprise when you're trying to replace parts, which I learned the hard way. It's not too bad, really. They've just got some extra
Short list of differences on but not limited to the Mikado option:
auto choke
hydraulic clutch instead of manual cable
multiple electrical options
a few 'deluxe' interior upholstery options
steering wheel
what am I forgetting?
Your best reference in this regard is the Master Parts List. On several pages, you will find "Mikado Specific" parts or something of that nature. Unfortunately, I don't think these pages are specifically identified in the table of contents, but the 'interior' section of the book has 3 solid pages of alternative parts. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
