 Post subject: header carb question

Hello All,
Can any one recomend a header for my 1.8 isuzu? Also, is a webber carb that much better than the stock one?

Pacesetter makes a header for this engine.

A Weber carb is probably the best bolt on upgrade you can do for that engine. The stock carbs are really no good and can be very problematic.

Pacesetter makes the ONLY header for the 1.8 Isuzu, part # 1105.

Wondered about that.
The one I picked up at Pull and Save a couple weeks ago must be a custom job.

I think Calmini used to make a header but is long since discontinued. I bought a header for my truck from JC Whitney back in '79, then again about 15 years ago. They both had 3" collectors, the new Pacestters have 2-1/2" I think. I just assumed Whitney was re-selling Pacestters.
