Hey Ya'll I was just checking in to see if anyone had any tips, pointers, or advice on what the best route would be for me to restore or get a new dash for my '79 Mikado. My goal is to restore it to all original. Thank you for the time.

The only way to go original is find a replacement dash. They are VERY rare and hard to find. They don't go cheap. Expect to pay $500-$800 easily. The best current solution in my opinion is the plastic dash cap. They are pretty easy to install and look pretty decent for less than $100.
