Does anyone know where I can get a Spool to lock the stock rear end of my 76 luv? Can anyone tell me what gears I have in the 76?

I don't think a spool or mini spool was ever made for these diffs. I doubt a stock rear end would last long with a spool.

Thanks for the info!. I have heard many ppl say to the weld the gears.. pros and cons of welding... so on and so forth. I have read that a welded rear end holds well in the rear end but the u joints come apart. I'm not drag racing it just a street truck that turns heads is all. Was going to stay with the stock rear end for now and change it out later. Dont really wanna weld it so I'll just stay with it as is.
