 Post subject: double valve springs?

Ok Oz Gemini guys are telling me double springs are available for the g series engines. Anybody have a part numbers or engines I should be looking at?

Here in Australia the G200 heads are factory fitted with double valve springs. :ebiggrin

What years are they hydraulic lifters? Isky makes a cam for the 1.9.

please do not get all excited about using metric terms.

I assume you mean the G200Z and its probably easier for all if you etch that into your brain and use that term.


Its a SOHC motor and as far as i am aware there isnt one in existance that uses hydraulic lifters.
Tappets or bucket and shim.


The factory double springs were not use for some hotted up racer motor. Just a stocker. If you want a hotted up racer motor i would suggest you look to one of the aftermarket manufacturers for a spring (or springs) that would be suitable.
